Delivery Policy

At Oh Lovely Flowers, we strive to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our customers when it comes to flower deliveries. Here's an overview of our delivery policy:

1. **Delivery Zones:**
   We offer delivery within 20 miles of Belfast city centre. To check if your location is within our delivery radius, please enter your postcode during the ordering process on our website.

2. **Delivery Times:**
Deliveries Monday - Friday will be made after 5pm. Saturday delivery will be made  between 9am - 2pm.

3. **Delivery Charges:**
The applicable delivery fees will be displayed during the checkout process. Free delivery may be available for certain promotions or minimum order values.

4. **Recipient Availability:**
 Please ensure that someone is available to receive the flowers at the specified delivery address. In case of absence, we will attempt to contact the recipient. If unsuccessful, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe location.

5. **Business/Office Deliveries:**
For deliveries to hospitals, offices, or other establishments, please provide as much detail as possible, including the recipient's full name, department, room number, or any relevant information to facilitate smooth delivery.

6. **Delivery Modifications:**
 Any changes to the delivery address or date must be communicated to us at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes made within this time frame may incur additional charges.

7. **Quality Assurance:**
 We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers upon delivery. If you or the recipient are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.

8. **Weather Conditions:**
In cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be subject to change. We will make every effort to notify customers promptly in such situations.
