Deliveries Monday - Friday will be made after 5pm. Saturday delivery will be made between 9am - 2pm.
3. **Delivery Charges:**
The applicable delivery fees will be displayed during the checkout process. Free delivery may be available for certain promotions or minimum order values.
4. **Recipient Availability:**
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the flowers at the specified delivery address. In case of absence, we will attempt to contact the recipient. If unsuccessful, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe location.
5. **Business/Office Deliveries:**
For deliveries to hospitals, offices, or other establishments, please provide as much detail as possible, including the recipient's full name, department, room number, or any relevant information to facilitate smooth delivery.
