1. **Cancellation Timeframe:**
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup may be subject to a partial refund or store credit.
Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup cannot be refunded.
2. **Cancellation Process:**
To cancel an order, please contact us directly via phone or email, providing your order details.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
3. **Rescheduling:**
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your order, please contact us as early as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new timeframe.
4. **Custom or Special Orders:**
For custom or special orders, cancellations may have specific terms. Please inquire about these terms at the time of placing your order.
5. **Exceptions:**
In case of extenuating circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at the discretion of our management.
